What is CEDAES?
The Spanish Confederation of Industrial Areas (CEDAES) is an organization that represents and coordinates more than 6,000 industrial areas nationwide. CEDAES works in the management and dynamization of industrial areas.
Its main objective is:
- The defense of the interests of industrial areas and their institutional representation before public administrations and private entities.
- Advice on the creation, management, and revitalization of these areas of economic activity (AAE).
Promotion and implementation of a legislative framework for these business interest zones.
All this focused mainly on generating synergies that allow the sharing of knowledge, experiences, success stories, and new strategies to face present difficulties and future challenges common to all industrial areas.
CEDAES also facilitates communication, coordination, and cooperation between its members and public administrations. It promotes investment in these areas of strategic activity. It works to improve both their business and economic attractiveness and the sustainability of managing these productive areas, where more than 50% of the national GDP is generated
