We are involved in quality improvement and management of industrial estates. We do this on behalf of associations or foundations or on behalf of the municipality.
We started more than 25 years ago at Businesspark Waarderpolder in Haarlem. The largest industrial estate in a region that is more than 100 years old. Over the years we have expanded the number of projects and we are now active in 20 industrial estates in the Netherlands, mainly in the region of Amsterdam.
We make industrial estates well-organized and future-proof with a clean, intact and safe environment. Parkmanagement serves the interests of the companies who are located at the industrial estates. We are the point of contact between the local authority, the police and entrepreneurs.
Think about maintenance of the public space including a monthly inspection, managing a camera network in case of incidents, financial administration for several industrial estates, organizing general meetings twice a year for all members.
In short, we are the business counter for established companies. This way, companies can focus on their business and we ensure a well-organized, safe and future-proof business climate.
