With a degree in Anglo-Germanic Philology from the University of Barcelona and postgraduate studies in Urban Planning and Real Estate Appraisal from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, she has developed her career in the fields of territorial economic promotion and strategic projects, particularly in the industrial sector.

She has been an entrepreneur and has worked in both the public and private sectors, in organizations such as Invest in Catalonia at ACCIÓ, the Development Agency of the Government of Catalonia, leading the localization of companies in the region, and in private companies like the multinational Cushman & Wakefield.

For the past 5 years, she has been the director of the Union of Industrial Estates of Catalonia (UPIC), where she promotes the improvement and transformation of Economic Activity Zones and their business networks from the perspectives of sustainability, innovation, and humanization, with a clear gender perspective.
