General Director of Employment, Business Development, and New Economy at the Alicante City Council

With a degree in Law from the University of Alicante and diplomas in Local Development, Business Park Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility, the speaker brings a solid academic foundation and extensive professional expertise.

Their career began in civil and administrative law before assuming pivotal roles such as Delegate in Alicante for SEPES and founding Manager of the Management and Modernisation Entity (EGM).

Currently serving as Technical Director of Spain’s exclusive Higher Programme in Business Area Management, they have advised municipalities and business associations in the Valencian Community on establishing EGMs. They have held leadership positions including Vice-President of FEPEVAL and managerial roles within CEDAES and CEV.
